This role will sit within our Customer Success Team based, working hybrid in our Leeds Headquarters. Our Customer Success team is dedicated to listening to customer feedback and continually developing innovative and simplified ways of working ensuring customers maximise our product's potential and enjoy an exceptional experience. The goal is to foster strong customer relationships, leading to high satisfaction and retention rates through understanding their needs, provide tailored solutions, and facilitate training and development to achieve their desired outcomes while using the BigChange software. Success here is a collective effort, with the team's achievements being well recognised and rewarded.

The role will be responsible for looking to add value and growth to our customer base, managing a mixture of both large and small accounts. We are looking for someone to identify opportunities and grow our customer base whilst adding value through customer engagement and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What we’re looking for

  • Have experience of working in a fast paced, dynamic organisation with demonstrable ability to manage a multitude of customer requirements across your customer base.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders at BigChange.
  • The ability to prioritise value for your customers; this is often multi-faceted, be it within the product itself, through customer events or any other avenues.
  • Proficient in setting and achieving customer goals with a solid success plan.
  • Proactive in identifying growth opportunities within the customer base.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (product, support, sales).
  • Be the voice of the customer within BigChange, ensuring their feedback is heard and acted upon.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Help grow and retain the customer base by understanding needs and delivering value.
