The standout month was March, which saw 58,709,264 miles driven – equivalent to travelling to the sun and back three and a half times! Our route optimiser has been a game-changer, leading to 17,905,873.6 miles saved and 3,925,369.7 kg of CO2 emissions reduced. It is not just about efficient navigation; it's a commitment to a greener, more sustainable future.
Paperless Operations: Saving Trees, One Sheet at a Time
The BigChange system prevented the use of 34,116,126 sheets of paper, equivalent to saving 4,265 trees. This eco-friendly initiative is like filling Wembley Stadium twice with trees!
2023's Popular Job and Peak Times
The most common types of jobs this year were Maintenance/Repair, Delivery, and Cleaning. Wednesday was the busiest day of the week with 3,023,081 jobs completed. November became the busiest month with 1.38 million jobs. The busiest time of day? Between 10 and 11 am, with 2.96 million jobs.
UK’s Most Visited Cities
London, Sheffield, and Birmingham had the most jobs completed in the UK. From Lands End to John O'Groats, there wasn’t a single area of the UK where a job by a BigChange customer didn’t get completed.
Ensuring Vehicle Health and Safety
Over half a million vehicle checks and nearly 250 thousand defects recorded on the BigChange App which underline your commitment to road safety. Vehicles such as MAN 18.290 Truck, Renault Kangoo Van, and Citroen Relay reported the lowest defect ratios.

Your commitment to safety on the job site is evident in the 8.45 million risk assessments completed this year.
