Hello, BigChange community!

I am Alekhya, the Product Manager responsible for Data and Insights at BigChange. Joining a company that places customers at the heart of everything we do has been an incredible experience. I am constantly inspired by our customers' success stories, which drive me to create better products that make their lives easier. In this post, I will share how we have tackled some common challenges in the data space and our ongoing efforts to enhance the customer experience.

Customer Problems:

Problem 1 – Lack of Ready-to-Use Insights:

Many customers told us that collecting and analysing data from various sources took too much time. This, they said kept them from growing. So, we created 11 analytical dashboards providing key metrics including job productivity, success rate, financials, resource utilisation, and more. They offer actionable insights, for our customers to make informed decisions and drive their businesses forward.

Problem 2 – Lack of a Seamless Self-serve Data Platform:

Every business has unique reporting needs, and flexibility is crucial. That's why we introduced Data as a Service (DaaS), enabling our customers to extract data from BigChange on demand. This allows them to analyse the data in ways which best suit their operations, build custom reports and blend data with other sources to build a holistic overview of their business performance.

Ongoing Customer-Centric Efforts:

Problem 3 – Lack of a holistic view of Carbon Emissions:

At BigChange, we're passionate about sustainability. We're developing a dashboard that provides Fleet & Carbon insights. It will enable customers to track emissions and reduce their carbon footprint, contributing to a more sustainable future.

Problem 4 – Limited Report/Dashboard Customisation:

We are constantly upgrading our reporting tools to meet our customer needs. Our aim is to offer easy, customisable reports and dashboards, leading to gaining deeper insights and driving growth.
