Functionality Added to BigChange in 2024
2024 was a big year in system development for BigChange, our primary focus was improving the job finance functionality, however that didn't mean we neglected other areas of the system.
We added hundreds of new features, these are some of our favourites - if you want to view the full list - head over to releasenotes.bigchange.com.
- We updated our mass scheduler interface and optimisation engine. Customers are now able to visualise the routing of up to 1,000 jobs in a single go. The stress of complicated scheduling is a thing of the past, with every route optimised being the most efficient and cost effective.
- We launched our brand new AI-dashcams, designed to enhance road safety, automatically upload videos, and integrate effortlessly with the BigChange platform.
- We launched BigChange Extra, a suite of exclusive, cost-saving products available only to BigChange customers. This includes BigChange Fleet, our premier fleet procurement service, and BigChange Fuel, our competitive fuel card offering. Our customers have already experienced remarkable savings, with some reducing their fuel expenses by over £400 per week!

From January 1st to December 1st, together you have achieved incredible milestones:

We were pleased to welcome over 167 new customers to the BigChange community this year, representing a diverse array of industries and sectors.
In November, we reached an exciting milestone as BigChange became part of the Simpro Group following their acquisition, marking a new chapter in our journey.
We cannot wait to see what 2025 brings us, and our collective group of customers.

BigChange teams will generally be unavailable on the following dates in addition to normal weekend closures:
- Tuesday 24th December
- Wednesday 25th December
- Thursday 26th December
- Wednesday 1st January
Normal business operations will resume on Thursday 2nd January 2025. For business-critical issues during this period, our support team remains available 24/7 via the question mark icon (?) in the top right corner of your BigChange client site.
