Enter the Seamless Bulk Invoicing feature within the financial documents area of BigChange. A new jobs list now displays all the jobs ready to be invoiced. Want to narrow it down? Use the filters for contacts, specific date ranges, or particular job types and statuses.
Once you have made your selection – be it specific jobs or all that appear on the page – you can choose one of three types of consolidation. This means no more individual invoice creation followed by manual merging. The result? A dramatic reduction in your end-of-month invoice run time.
