Does the licence pricing apply to both office and road users?

Yes, if you are on a standard JobWatch contract then the price is per licenced user, regardless of where they work. However, if you opt for a JobWatch Plus package, which includes a rugged tablet for your engineers and technicians, the office users licences will be charged at the lower, standard user rate.

It is also worth noting that there is also a subcontractor price scheme so that you can provide them with temporary access where necessary. Your customer success manager will be happy to tell you more about this if you are an existing customer. If you are not currently a customer please use the link below to get it touch.

How long does it take to set up my system?

BigChange offers a full programme of support for onboarding your business and your team, everything from helping you to import your data into the CRM, to bitesize training videos so that everyone can learn at their own pace.

Can I add more users as my business grows?

Yes, absolutely.  Your customer success manager will be able to help you arrange this and the cost of any additional licences will simply be added on to your existing contract.
