We kicked off August with another fantastic Customer Success Workshop at our HQ in Leeds. Customers who attended received personalised guidance from our BigChange experts, helping them to get the most out of their system. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive!

BigChange Customer, Cleanology Raises Over £75,000 For Charity
We're proud to support our customer Cleanology in their mission to combat hygiene poverty. So far, they've raised over £75,000 for The Hygiene Bank, and they're not stopping there. A fundraising event at the HardRock Café in London on 9th October aims to push that total even higher!

Multi-factor authentication (MFA), a security process that requires users to provide two or more verification methods to access a system, will soon be mandatory for all BigChange accounts. Account administrators who haven't yet implemented MFA have been contacted directly via email, and additional guidance is available on our help site.
