July saw the conclusion of our first 15-minute Lunch and Learn mini-series. Attended by over 350 people, these six bite-sized webinars covered various topics, helping our customers get the most out of the BigChange system.

One customer who attended told us, "These bite-sized webinars were quick and informative, and it's much easier for me to hold the information, as I lose focus if I'm in a meeting for too long." Another told us, "These webinars have been a great way of demonstrating underused functionality without taking up too much of the working day".

Important Updates

Many of you will have heard in the news that the number of security breaches across software platforms has recently increased.

At BigChange, we recognise your customers' trust in you to keep their data secure, so platform security is at the top of our agenda.

One of the easiest things you can do to protect your BigChange data is to implement MFA, which we covered in 'Lunch and Learn on Keeping Your System Secure'.

Many of our customers already have this enabled on their accounts. However, in light of the current threat landscape and as part of our obligations as a responsible digital service provider, we have decided to make this a mandatory requirement for all accounts.

Over the next few weeks and months, communications will be sent out to account administrators advising of this change and the simple steps that need to be taken to enable this feature.

However, if MFA is not enabled on your account, we strongly recommend you act now rather than wait and immediately give your BigChange data extra security.
