Customer Success Workshop

On the 3rd and 4th of September, we hosted another fantastic Customer Success Workshop at BigChange HQ in Leeds. Attendees received personal attention from our BigChange experts, ensuring they get the most out of their system.

These workshops are incredibly popular—we're already at full capacity for October! But don't worry, there are still spaces available for our last workshop of the year on the 5th and 6th of November.

Customer Spotlight: Kiwi Facilities

This month, we're shining the spotlight on Kiwi Facilities. By leveraging BigChange, they've expanded from operating along the M62 corridor to establishing a true national presence in Newcastle, Birmingham, and Cambridge.

We've supported them on their journey from a single operator to a team of 25, with turnover nearing £1.5 million.
